Grilled corn on the cob? It’s even easier than boiling. Simply peel back the husks and remove the silk, soak the cobs in cold water for 10 minutes (this keeps the husks from burning while they’re on the grill) and then place them over the coals. Turn once or twice--when the husks start to scorch--and in about 10 minutes, they’ll be done.
