Pakistan Flood Toll 110

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan —
Flash floods have wreaked havoc in Pakistan’s southern Sind province, where at least 110 people have been killed and hundreds more are missing.
The government declared a state of emergency and rushed troops to the province, newspapers reported Sunday.
