Brian Spilman has been named project manager...

Brian Spilman has been named project manager of Harvest at Country Groves, a new Concordia Homes Inc. development in east Ventura. He has managed projects for the company in Riverside, Corona, Fontana and Temecula. Stanley Benson has been named senior vice president for sales and marketing at Amgen Inc. in Thousand Oaks. Benson, 44, is now vice president for business planning and development in Pfizer Inc.’s hospital products group.

He replaces Dennis Fenton, who was named Amgen’s senior vice president operations in February.

Jeff Corsello has been named assistant vice president and assistant manager of the County Center branch of American Commercial Bank in Ventura. A former loan officer at the bank, he replaces Eva Diaz, who is retiring.

John C. Clay, a broker in Thousand Oaks for the Edward D. Jones & Co. securities firm, has received two company awards. He won the Prospector prize for the most new accounts in his region in the first six months of the year, and the Firecracker award for exceeding his goals by the largest margin in the region.
