IndeNet, Channelmatic Test Digital Video Successfully

IndeNet (Independent Telemedia Group Inc.) and acquisition candidate Channelmatic Inc. announced a successful test deployment of their digital video delivery network.

The company compressed and transmitted digital video images using Channelmatic’s Adcart/D video file server using satellite uplink and downlink capabilities.

IndeNet delivers broadcast advertising and syndicated television programming to television stations, cable systems and other suppliers in both analog and digital formats.

With the pending acquisition of Channelmatic Inc., the company plans to launch a digital video delivery network which should increase profit margins and market share, according to the company’s directors.
