PenUltimate Inc.: The Irvine provider of software for sales professionals said Friday that it has entered into an agreement for NPRI of Fairfax, Va., to license its SalesForce software solutions for mobile computing. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the licensing fee includes an initial upfront cash payment and provides for royalties based on future sales.
