Obituaries : * John L. Cudworth; Computer Consultant
John L. Cudworth, a longtime Oxnard resident, died at his home Thursday. He was 57.
Cudworth worked as a computer consultant for Litton Industries for 18 years before opening his own firm three years ago. A native of Worcester, Mass., Cudworth was an avid hunter who was always accompanied by his dog, Max.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Cudworth of Oxnard; two sons, John A. Cudworth of Calabasas and Jeff Cudworth of Castaic; a daughter, Tracy Owens of Canyon Country; a brother, Cordell W. Cudworth of Tennessee; and five grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at Santa Clara Church in Oxnard. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1363 Del Norte Road, in Camarillo. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of James A. Reardon Mortuary.
