THE REGION : PEOPLE : Disney Store-International Names New Senior VP

Mark Lilly has been promoted to senior vice president of Disney Store-International. He will assume responsibility for the operation and development of the store in all markets outside of North America.

Lilly has served as senior vice president and general manager of Disney Store in Europe, based in London, since 1991. He will relocate to Glendale.

* Michelle Morton has joined Mellon Private Asset Management as vice president of investment management and trust sales for Los Angeles.

Before joining Mellon she worked with the Mercantile National Bank in Los Angeles as an assistant vice president in investments.

Mellon Private Asset Management is a registered service mark of Mellon Bank Corp., which is based in Pittsburgh.

* Tropicana Dole Beverages North America announced the appointment of Robert Storey as vice president and general manager of its Western grocery division.

Previously, Storey served as vice president and general manager of Tropicana Canada. Storey will be based in City of Industry.

Tropicana Dole Beverages North America is a division of the Seagram Company Ltd.

* Craig Martin has been named senior vice president of general sales and marketing for Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Martin joined Pasadena-based Jacobs last year when the company acquired the engineering and construction business of CRSS Inc.

* The Sports Club Co. has appointed John M. Gibbons as president and chief operating officer. Los Angeles-based Sports Club Co. operates upscale health and fitness clubs under the Spectrum and Sports Club names, with clubs in Los Angeles and New York.
