Irvine Sensors Corp.: The Costa Mesa developer of packages of computer electronics and infrared devices narrowed its net loss in the third fiscal quarter to $577,200, or 4 cents a share, from a loss of $780,700, or 5 cents a share, in the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended July 2 more than doubled to $2.4 million from $1.1 million. The year-to-date loss totaled $2.1 million, or 14 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.4 million, or 10 cents a share, for the like three quarters last year. Revenue was up 58% to $5.7 million from $3.6 million.
