Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc.: The San Clemente-based real estate investment trust said it has sold 5.9 million shares for $56.1 million through underwriters. The stock was sold for $9.50 a share, slightly below the $10-to-$11-a-share range originally expected, Sunstone said.
