Grubb & Ellis Branch Opens in San Luis Obispo

The tri-counties division of Grubb & Ellis Co., based in Oxnard, has opened a new branch office in San Luis Obispo.
The office is Grubb’s fourth in an area that includes Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, reports Bruce Arden, district manager.
The commercial real estate brokerage has opened two new offices this year. A new unit recently opened in Thousand Oaks. Grubb also has a branch in Santa Barbara.
Diane Behn, a Grubb vice president, will manage the San Luis Obispo office.
