BELLEFONTE, Pa. —
Just 27 minutes after a final appeal was rejected, Pennsylvania executed a former seminary student for killing his two daughters and ex-wife in a church parking lot on Palm Sunday, 1985.
Leon Moser, 52, had asked that he be put to death after he pleaded guilty, but others appealed on his behalf. He made no final statement before his death by injection late Wednesday.
