Encino-based Pinkerton Security & Investigations Services announced that it has bought Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Omega Corporate Security for an undisclosed sum. Omega has offices in Los Angeles; Seattle; Portland, Ore., and Phoenix. . . . Alliance Gaming Corp., making an aggressive move in its $55-million bid for Bally Gaming International Inc., asked shareholders to remove all of Las Vegas-based Bally Gaming’s present directors and replace them with directors who are committed to the acquisition. On July 28, Alliance began a tender for 4.4 million Bally shares at $12.50 a share. . . . Moore Corp. said it plans to extend its $1.29-billion takeover offer for Wallace Computer Services Inc. until Nov. 8. Moore’s $56-a-share offer, rejected by Wallace’s board as inadequate, was set to expire Sept. 19. . . . Exxon Corp. said it agreed to acquire a 50% interest in Oryx Energy Co.’s Mertvyi Kultuk exploration block in Kazakhstan in the former Soviet Union. Terms were not disclosed.
