SelecTel Corp.: Vintage Properties Inc. of Indian Wells has acquired a 70% interest in SelecTel, a privately held company in Costa Mesa. The purchase price was not disclosed. SelecTel provides telecommunications services to the California Lodging Industry Assn., which has 1,300-member hotels, and has a contract to provide in-room telephone service to 12,000 Army personnel at Fort Campbell, Ky.
