William Pennell; Bankruptcy Reorganization Trustee

William W. Pennell, 65, bankruptcy trustee named to help several major companies turn around their financial situations. Until he resigned recently because of poor health, Pennell had been an active director of such companies as Davis Wire, Dolco Packaging, House of Fabrics and Pacific Homes. As a reorganization trustee working with courts, he helped to work out the finances of such companies as Paramount Petroleum Corp., Ag Man and United Foam. He served as managing director of Seidler Cos. On Sept. 7 in Los Angeles after a long illness.
