Myers Charges Dismissed

Prosecutors on Thursday dropped drunk driving charges against former White House Press Secretary Dee Dee Myers after she spent 12 hours in a special alcohol education program. Myers, 33, the first woman to hold the press secretary job, was arrested in June. She could have been sentenced to up to one year in jail and fined $1,000 on the misdemeanor charge.
