Cerplex Group Inc.: The Tustin provider of electronic repair parts for the computer and telecommunications industries said Monday that a shareholder has voluntarily dropped a lawsuit alleging that some of the company’s public disclosures contained misstatements or omissions. Cerplex said the case involved its write-down of inventory in the fourth quarter of 1994.

The company said it voluntarily provided the shareholder’s attorney with documents and other information necessary for them to evaluate the claims asserted.
