New Horizons Computer Learning Center: The Santa Ana-based chain of computer training centers said it plans to build 10 franchises in Japan, the first of which is scheduled to open in Tokyo in March.

The company, which offers a broad range of courses designed to teach people how to operate computers and use specific programs, already has 137 locations worldwide, including 92 in the United States. New Horizons said the additional centers in Japan will be built over the next three years.
