Two Saddleback College professors and a student will speak Oct. 17 about their recent trip to China to attend a world forum on women’s issues.
The free event will be held at noon in Room 210 of the Business/General Studies building. The college is at 28000 Marguerite Parkway.
The professors, Anne Cox and Ding-Jo Hsia Currie, will be joined by student Marchia Morey.
The three women were in Huairou, China last month for the United Nations-sponsored forum. They will recount their experiences and show photographic slides.
Cox teaches psychology and women’s studies, Currie is assistant to Saddleback College’s vice president for instruction and Morey is a cross-cultural studies major.
