Guitarist Parkening in School Benefit

In a benefit performance for the Neighborhood Music School, American guitarist Christopher Parkening will appear in recital at the Ambassador Auditorium on Oct. 29 at 8 p.m.

This will be one of the few times the 1,260-seat Pasadena facility has been used since its closing concert May 21. Neighborhood Music School is an 81-year-old Downtown facility that gives low-cost exposure to classical music for children living in low-income areas of the city.
