Eltron International Acquires Wisconsin Firm

Eltron International Inc., a Simi Valley maker of label printers, said it has acquired Donner Media Inc., an Appleton, Wis.-based manufacturer of thermal labels, for $1.3 million.

Donner’s 1995 revenues are expected to be about $2 million. Donner will continue operating under the same name and management. Eltron said although the acquisition is not expected to have a significant impact on earnings, it will allow Eltron to better serve customers in the long run.
