Autoclave Engineers Inc.: The parent company of Unit Instruments Inc. in Yorba Linda posted fiscal first quarter net income of $1.3 million, or 29 cents a share, compared with net income of $143,000, or 3 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. Sales for the three-month period that ended Aug. 31 increased 58% to $15 million from $9.5 million.
