Weldlogic Relocating to Newbury Park Building

Weldlogic Inc., a welding equipment manufacturer, is moving from Chatsworth to a 20,000-square-foot building on Azurite Circle in Newbury Park.
The company expects to move into its new headquarters in December, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura, which negotiated a five-year lease on behalf of the building’s owner, TOLD Corp.
In another move, the law firm of Schwartz & Mason is relocating from Oxnard’s Financial Plaza to the nearby State Compensation Insurance Fund building on Ventura Road.
That move is also scheduled for December.
