US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa insurance company reported that net income for the third quarter rose 67%, to $3.5 million, or 60 cents a share, from $2.1 million, or 35 cents a share, for the 1994 third quarter. Revenue increased 23%, to $36.3 million from $29.5 million. For the nine-month period, net income nearly tripled, to $10.2 million, or $1.81 a share, from $3.5 million, or 58 cents a share, a year ago. Nine-month revenue gained 21%, to $111.7 million from $92.2 million.
