Renaissance Golf Products Inc.: The Huntington Beach company said it has been delisted on the Nasdaq SmallCap market for failing to meet minimum price requirements. Renaissance, which does business as Fila Golf, said it has appealed the decision.

The company also reported that it incurred a net loss of $489,000, or 9 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $930,000, or 17 cents a share, for the 1994 third quarter.

Revenue declined to $1.1 million from $1.2 million.

In the nine months, the company had a net loss of $1.5 million, or 27 cents a share, compared with $2.4 million, or 45 cents a share, a year ago.

Sales were down 13% to $4.1 million from $4.7 million.
