At 24, Ione Skye knows how to stand out in a crowd in L.A., the setting of her latest film, Miramax’s “Four Rooms,” which opens this month. Teamed again with director Allison Anders (“Gas Food Lodging”), this time she plays a witch who shows up empty-handed for a New Year’s Eve bash. What’s next for Ione? Editing “The Delights and Horrors of Love,” a short feature she also wrote and directed.
