Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of air pollution control equipment and provider of related services reported net income of $110,000, or 1 cent a share, for the third quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $56,000 a year ago. Revenue was down 3% to $14.6 million from $15.1 million. The company reported a net loss of $3.2 million, or 18 cents a share, for the nine-month period. That compares with a net loss of $63.6 million, or $3.60 a share, for the first nine months of 1994, which included restructuring charges of $56 million. Revenue declined 10% to $44.9 million from $50.1 million.
