PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.: The Cypress managed health care services company said profit reached a record $108.1 million, or $3.62 a share, for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30. That was 20% higher than the $90.3 million, or $3.22 a share, reported for fiscal 1994, which included a gain of $5.7 million from an accounting change. Revenue increased 28% to $3.7 billion from $2.9 billion. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 1995, net income totaled $30.4 million, or 98 cents a share, 37% higher than the $22.2 million, or 79 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose 30% to $1 billion from $781 million.
