Bosnian Foreign Minister to Resign
Bosnian Foreign Minister Muhamed Sacirbey said early today that he had offered his resignation to President Alija Izetbegovic and would leave when a successor is found.
He said the resignation was not directly related to the peace talks at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base here.
Sacirbey said he was quitting because he believes that his position should be taken by someone else if the Muslim-Croat federation now being hammered out is to succeed. He said he intended to see the peace talks through, though there are many things he disagrees with.
