MiniMed Wins OK to Sell Insulin Pumps in Europe

MiniMed Inc. received approval from a French regulatory agency that will allow the company to sell its insulin infusion pumps throughout the European Union marketplace.
The French government approval allows MiniMed to sell its products throughout Western Europe without additional regulatory approval.
MiniMed, based in Sylmar, designs and manufactures infusion systems used in the treatment of diabetes.
