Imprisoned Serial Killer Now Claims 6 Victims

NEW YORK —
Serial killer Joel Rifkin, already serving life sentences for killing three women, now claims he strangled three others and dumped their bodies.
Rifkin, a 36-year-old gardener who has confessed to killing 17 women in all, on Friday pleaded guilty to three murders. He said the bodies were dumped in two creeks in Brooklyn.
