A plane returning Haitian immigrants from French Guiana crashed in a heavy rainstorm, killing all 20 people on board, the U.N. military mission in Haiti said. The victims included 16 illegal immigrants, two French police officers and two crew members. The Air St. Martin twin-engine Beechcraft went down Thursday evening about 20 miles south of Port-au-Prince. The plane had originated in Cayenne, French Guiana, on the north coast of South America.
