Kids Get Chance to Frolic in Snow
Snow will fall on Calabasas on Tuesday, with the assistance of a snow-making machine, in an event that has become an annual holiday tradition.
Children 12 and younger are invited to play in the 25 tons of flakes that will be sprayed at 23615 Mureau Road. The event will be open 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on a rise at Gates Canyon Park at 25801 Thousand Oaks Blvd.
Admission is $3 for children ages 2 to 12 and free to those younger. Other activities include a moon bounce, holiday arts and crafts booths and photo opportunities with Santa.
