‘90S FAMILY : Family Dining Seems to Keep Teens on Track

Share

Teenagers who dine regularly at home with their families are more satisfied with their past experiences, present life and prospects for the future. These results were found by the “Who’s Who Among American High School Students’ Special Report on Teens and Their Families.” Teens who rarely eat dinner with their families are nearly four times as likely to have engaged in sexual intercourse than those who eat dinner as a family on a regular basis. More than 3,000 teenagers from 16 to 18 with a grade average of A or B were surveyed.
