State Home Sales Rise in November: Sales of existing single-family homes increased 5.6% from the same month in 1994 to a seasonally adjusted, annualized rate of 481,190 homes, according to the California Assn. of Realtors. The statewide median sales price fell 2.6% from November 1994 to $176,200. In Los Angeles, home sales fell 5.2% and the median sales price dropped 5.2% to $174,600. Orange County home sales climbed 2.9% and the median sales price fell 3.5% to $205,900. In the Riverside-San Bernardino area, sales rose 15.9% and the median sales price fell 5.5% to $120,000. Ventura home sales increased 7.2% and the median sales price rose 7.1% to $214,160.
