Private StarBase Offering Raises $4.5 Million

StarBase Corp. said Wednesday that it has completed a private stock offering in which it raised about $4.5 million.

The software company said it offered 2.5 million units consisting of one share of preferred stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $2 per share during the first year and $2.50 per share during the second year. Each unit has a purchase price of $2.
