Alliance Imaging Shops With New Credit Line

Alliance Imaging Inc., a provider of diagnostic imaging services to hospitals and other health-care outfits, said it has obtained a new $3-million credit line from San Jose-based Comerica Bank-California. The company said it intends to use the credit line for possible additional working capital.

Alliance is actively seeking acquisitions of companies that will expand the company’s market share, said Richard Zehner, chief executive. “A consolidation is currently underway in our industry, and there are a number of profitable regional . . . providers that are excellent acquisition candidates,” Zehner said.
