VisionShape Acquires Vendor Decomp

VisionShape said Wednesday it has acquired Decomp, an imaging tools vendor based in Yorba Linda, in a stock transaction. Decomp was founded in 1990 by Steven Selnick, who will join VisionShape as vice president of a new imaging component division that will carry the Decomp name and will concentrate on expanding VisionShape’s software business.
