HORSE OFF-COURSE: She wasn’t a typical runaway, but she was lost just the same. Late Wednesday night, police found a purebred quarter horse named Chilanga on Osborne Street in Lake View Terrace...Happily, she wasn’t lost for long, said Lt. Bob Pena of the East Valley Animal Shelter. Chilanga’s owner showed up to claim the horse Thursday morning. “In fact, he rode it home,” Pena said.
