Watson General to Buy Missouri Software Firm

Watson General Corp. said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EnviroQuest Technologies Ltd. of Kansas City, Mo.

Watson General said the acquisition for an undisclosed combination of stock and cash is scheduled to close at the end of the month.

EnviroQuest’s software monitors underground storage tanks for leaks. Watson General develops software for underground tank monitoring.
