Donald Sinnar Joins Odetics Inc. as Products General Manager
Donald W. Sinnar has joined Odetics Inc. in Anaheim as general manager of telecommunications products. He was previously senior vice president, marketing for Efratom and has also been executive vice president, marketing for First Pacific Networks and vice president, marketing for United Technologies Communications.

Timothy T. Mayeda has been appointed chief operations officer of Lyle Parks Jr. Inc., an Anaheim general construction firm. He will oversee the day-to-day activities of the firm, which specializes in retail construction.

Richard J. Grabowski has been named a partner in the Irvine office of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, a law firm. His practice involves every area of business litigation, including high-technology disputes, antitrust investigations, unfair competition, construction disputes and employment litigation. Grabowski joined Jones, Day in 1990.

Scott Tanner has been appointed director of synergy for the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. He was formerly Disneyland’s manager of partnership marketing. In addition, Dan Skahill has joined the company as manager of participant marketing. He was previously western states regional marketing manager for Valvoline Oil Co.

Diane Fassnacht has been named to the newly created position of new business specialist at the Schraff Group, a Costa Mesa marketing communications firm. She joined the firm last year.

Thomas Houska has been appointed district manager at Merit Property Management in Mission Viejo. Houska, who has been with Merit two years, had been an account executive.

Richard Cavecche has joined Pepper Construction in Irvine as senior project manager. His responsibilities include overseeing major private and public construction projects and development in the Southern California region. Cavecche was formerly with J.A. Jones Construction Co. Also, George Corry, who has been with the company since 1989, was named senior project manager.

Irene L. Ortiz-Holland has been named vice president, client services for Right Associates, an Irvine management consulting firm specializing in executive outplacement and career transition services. She was formerly a senior sales consultant for Pitney Bowes.
