Conejo Home Sales Up 36% From a Year Ago

Members of the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors sold 234 single-family homes in December, only three less than in November and 36% more than the 148 sold a year ago. Agents belonging to the association work mainly in Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park.

Condominium sales totaled 72 in December, compared to 70 the previous month. The condo sales figure for December 1994 was not available.

The median sales price for single-family houses in December, 1995, was $242,000, down slightly from $243,000 in November. The median price in December 1994 was $262,000.
