Pacific Scientific Completes Met One Deal

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Scientific Co. said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Met One Inc., a privately held Oregon supplier of instruments that measure air contaminants, through an exchange of stock.
The Justice Department had approved the merger after Pacific Scientific agreed to divest its drinking water monitoring operations.
Newport Beach-based Pacific Scientific designs, manufactures and markets electrical and safety equipment.
