Newsweek to Publish Spanish-Language Edition: The magazine said it signed an agreement with Miami-based Ideas & Capital Ltd. to develop and publish the weekly edition, to be sold in Latin America later this year. It will be published in Miami and available worldwide by subscription. Cover price and advertising rates have not been determined. Advertising will be sold by both Newsweek and Ideas & Capital. Newsweek publishes three foreign editions in English, one of which is available in Latin America. That edition, whose circulation is about 77,000, will continue to be published, Newsweek said. Newsweek also has editions in Japanese and in Korean. Newsweek is owned by the Washington Post Co.
