ARV Assisted Living Buys Ohio Facility

ARV Assisted Living Inc. of Costa Mesa continues its buying binge. The company said Thursday that it has acquired a 217-unit assisted living facility near Columbus, Ohio, for $8.85 million. ARV’s acquisition of Cardinal Retirement Village is its sixth since the company went public in October.
