PIT STOP: Gov. Pete Wilson is making a quick stop in Burbank today to sign a bill funding the county’s 19 probation camps. . . . But he won’t be here for long. After appearing at the signing ceremony in a Burbank Airport hangar with various law enforcement officials and posing for photos, the governor will depart.

The annual California Journal ranking of state lawmakers--from a poll taken of Sacramento insiders--is out and the winner is Assemblyman James E. Rogan (R-Glendale).
