The Walt Disney Co. financing whiz is leaving Burbank after only nine months to return to the hotel business in a top job with Hilton (D1). . . . Did Hilton recruit Bollenbach? Probably, although there was speculation Friday that he was finding it too crowded in Disney’s corporate suite.

AND GOING . . . : Alec Baldwin has had enough of the San Fernando Valley. “My wife and I are selling our house,” the actor told the television show “Extra” this week. Baldwin was arrested at his Woodland Hills home Oct. 26 after he allegedly slugged a freelance photographer who was videotaping the actor, his wife, actress Kim Basinger, and their newborn daughter. . . . Baldwin pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery. His trial starts Feb. 26 in Van Nuys.
