Pinkerton Acquires Colt for Undisclosed Price
Pinkerton Security and Investigation Services of Encino has acquired Colt Protective Security Inc. for an undisclosed price.
The acquisition was Pinkerton’s fourth in five months, the company said. Colt, based in Las Vegas, provides uniformed security officers and patrol services.
