Liberty National Bank: The Huntington Beach bank said net earnings for 1995 were $1 million, or $1.03 a share, contrasted with a net loss of $1.3 million, or $1.34 a share, for 1994. In the fourth quarter, the bank earned $189,686, or 19 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $64,550, or 7 cents a share, a year earlier. Total assets as of Dec. 31 rose 9%, to $144.1 million from $131.8 million.
