I-Flow Corp., a manufacturer of high-tech infusion pumps, broke into the black last year for the first time in its 12-year history.

The company posted net income of $1.1 million, or 12 cents a share, for 1995, compared with a loss of $1.7 million, or 20 cents a share, the previous year. Revenue gained 43%, to $10.1 million from $7.1 million.

The results provide “clear evidence that we have turned the corner from being a product development company to a profitable manufacturing and distribution company,” said Donald M. Earhart, president and chief executive officer. The company plans to introduce seven new products this year, he added.
