Medstone International Inc.: The Aliso Viejo medical products manufacturer reported net income of $3.9 million, or 69 cents a share, for 1995, down 11% from $4.4 million, or 81 cents a share, for 1994. Revenue rose 13% to $18.4 million from $16.3 million. Fourth-quarter net income declined 49% to $654,000, or 11 cents a share, from $1.3 million, or 24 cents a share, for the 1994 period. Revenue remained at $4 million.
